Add products to an order in CRM – With workflow
Microsoft CRM is missing one vital feature when it comes to workflow.
Have you ever tried to create orders, quotes or opportunities with a standard CRM workflow?
No problem there – how about adding some products to that order?
Sure, no problem – I just go to Add Step – Create Record and select..... Order Product...?
That's right; it's not possible to create/add new product lines to an order.
